Windham Loopesko provides inter-cultural executive coaching services to senior executives in complex multi-cultural situations.
Mr. Loopesko’s executive coaching services typically involve factory directors in multinational companies or other top management positions. Mr. Loopesko works with these leaders to provide outside, independent guidance in working with colleagues and supervisors from different cultures, as well as with their subordinates. Typically Mr. Loopesko meets not only with the executive but also staff members and superiors to understand the context in which the executive is working and to be able to provide feedback to the executive and to his/her working relationships.
Mr. Loopesko’s coaching services are provided both on-site (during Mr. Loopesko’s frequent trips to Europe) as well as through periodic teleconferences. Both the “coachees” and their superiors also receive periodic detailed written reports.
Mr. Loopesko’s most recent work involves coaching services in both Poland and the Czech Republic. In both cases, the executives, local nationals, report to a western European manager and head factories that are part of an American manufacturing group. Both such “coachees” have reported great satisfaction with Mr. Loopesko’s coaching services and have remained in contact with him years after the conclusion of the coaching assignment.
